Julie is an accomplished multifamily real estate leader with more than 25 years of experience driving portfolio growth, operational excellence and client success across diverse markets.  Prior to joining Whitecap, she led multi-state portfolios, delivering consistent revenue growth, client retention and large-scale property initiatives.

Julie is known for her collaborative leadership style, strategic mindset, and commitment to aligning teams and ownership goals to create successful, well-performing communities.  Her expertise spans new development, acquisitions, value-add repositioning, and operational strategy, with a proven ability to strengthen vendor partnerships, optimize capital projects, and implement policies across multiple markets.
