As President, April oversees all aspects of property management operations where she leads Whitecap’s current portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties. April is responsible for maximizing revenue growth by directing the portfolio’s overall financial performance and physical assets. In addition, April manages the planning and execution of new project lease-ups, including market analysis and developing new asset management strategies. April has over 20 years of management and operations experience overseeing millions of square feet of various product types, including office, retail, industrial and multi-family in markets across the United States. She is an analytical leader that can dig into the details while strategically planning the path forward. Additionally, her principled approach is evident in building and leading strong teams based on trust and respect.
